"The Recovery Conversations are a vital space for removing the stigma of 'being in recovery'. Rite to Freedom (R2F) provides a safe and inclusive space for all recovery traditions and this is hugely needed in a world usually dominated by one recovery programme stream. The vital work, connection, community and dedication of the R2F team and supporters is something that needs to be repeated throughout the UK and beyond." - Robin Harford

“The Nature of Recovery”

with Emma Cunis, ‘Dartmoor’s Daughter’, an inspiring walking guide, nature-connection facilitator, health & life coach, author and founder of Dartmoor’s Daughter.

Introduction - 6 minutes

“It was a privilege to be invited and to contribute to the Recovery Conversations weekend. My understanding is that the conversations were helpful, informative, inclusive and open-hearted offerings to support a range of participants. The work of Rite to Freedom is evermore important in an increasingly stressful and disconnected world.” - Emma Cunis

"Emma is an amazing person. Listening to this conversation really inspired me in my recovery process. Amazing words of wisdom!” - Audience Member
