Experiential day introducing the addiction recovery work of Rite to Freedom in Ireland!

We will focus on the 3 pillars of nature, creativity and mindfulness, with plenty of time for chat around the fire as well.

To join you need to be free from all substance abuse and be in supported recovery, eg 12step, counselling etc.

This day will take place in Drummin, Co Mayo.
